1. Professional Standards
At Creative Smile Studio LLC, we take artistic and nude photography seriously as a form of professional art.
Every session is conducted with respect, privacy, and professionalism to ensure all parties are comfortable and protected.
2. Age & Identification Requirements
All models must be 18 years of age or older.
A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as driver’s license or passport) must be presented before the session begins.
Copies of identification are kept confidential and securely stored for record-keeping and legal compliance.
3. Consent & Model Release
Models must complete and sign a written consent form and model release before any nude or semi-nude photography begins.
The release clearly outlines the intended use of the images (personal use, portfolio, publication, or private commission).
No images will ever be shared, published, or displayed publicly without the model’s explicit written permission.
Models have the right to revoke consent for usage at any time before publication or posting.
4. Professional Conduct During Sessions
All sessions are conducted in a closed, private, and secure environment.
Only essential personnel (photographer, assistant, makeup artist if applicable, and model) are allowed in the studio during nude sessions.

Any form of harassment, pressure, or unprofessional behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session.
Models should feel empowered to pause or stop the shoot at any time if they feel uncomfortable.
Professional boundaries are expected to be maintained at all times, by all parties.
9. Image Review & Delivery
Models may request to view or approve final edits before any public use.
Images not selected for release remain private and will not be shared or distributed.
Files are typically retained for six (6) months, after which they may be securely deleted.

By signing the model agreement, the model acknowledges:

They are participating voluntarily, with full consent and understanding of the artistic nature of the session.
